Interns: Only the Best
Every year my office, Westmont Admissions, hires several interns to take on the task of housing visiting students, planning huge events, and being plain BA (Blatantly Awesome). This year we hired an extreme team and I had the pleasure of taking pictures of some of them to put on the Preview Day website.
Below are pictures of our Housing Interns, Preview Day Interns and their fearless leader (and my fellow red-headed coworker)!
Baby on the way! Congrats Andrea!

The Amazing Race
Young Life knows how to have fun.
A few Saturday's ago, our YL Capernaum crew got together for one exciting day of adventure. We call it "The Amazing Race" (Ok we stole it from THE Amazing Race)
We broke up into teams, got in our cars, and headed to San Luis Obispo. Throughout our day we were challenged to find clues, over come challenges, and bond as a team. Some examples included:
1. Leading a member of our team across a field blind-folded
2. Putting a puzzle together to give us the clue to our next destination
3. Creating a team cheer (our team chose the Banana Song because we were team YELLOW)
4. Asking strangers to exchange quarters with us
5. Finding a man dressed in gray and asking him questions about YL
6. Taking a picture with someone wearing an article of clothing displaying a CA sports team
7. Taking a picture of a dog (my favorite picture below :))
8. Navigating to the famous GUM WALL!
Other activities included, eating the best cinnamon rolls on the planet, chowing down on pizza from Woodstocks, visiting the bathrooms at the Madonna Inn, and decorating our cars to the MAX with our team colors!
Anyway, enough words, check out the pics!
